Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and we will do our best to have it arrive on your delivery date selection. If there is a delay for reasons out of our control we will contact you directly on the number/email you have provided

Local delivery:

We deliver to Newcastle and the surrounding area (to a 20km radius of Newcastle).

We do not ship to P.O. boxes

The cost of shipping for the local delivery is included in the price of the products seen on the website.

In-store pickup:

In-store pickup is available for the next day after ordering on-line. (Please call 0455 320 626 for same day pick-ups if ordered before 12:00pm)

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:30am - 3:30pm on Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Shipped:

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@bloomwithus.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@bloomwithus.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
